Hi,
Im new to the group in fact only been on this site 15 mins.

Im looking around the web trying to figure out the best engine to buy for a 1967 Ford Cobra Replica any tips are nice!

kinda going into this blind not sure what im doing.

Im going to be placing a order through Shell Valley Classic Wheels Inc within the next year but it seems they don't sell much of anything with there replica's witch made things quite confusing for myself.

I have tons of questions if i start to ask to many please let me know and ill be on my way.

Ask away, I think you'll find this site very friendly. Most have been in your situation. I was. I chose the Antique and Collectable replica because you can get everything but the motor, trans and driveshaft from them. There are lots of kits out there that's where the internet is so handy, you can do alot of research. As far as motors, I have a 347 stroker motor based on the 302 block. I see alot of folks go with a 351 based motor. It depends alot on your intended use for the car. I plan on cruising. My motor is making 450 HP at the flywheel, I think that is plenty in a car that might weigh 2300 lbs. Hope this helped some.

You received evreything, but the three things you listed above from "Shell Valley Classic Wheels Inc"? How about bolts and screws was that included? or how about the crome roll bar on the back of the drivers seat? I wanna be sure what all I need down to the last bolt before ordering the replica. its alot to ask being you probably built it some time ago but your the first to reply to any of my posts ha guess you could say you gave me hope lol
