Warm weather is here and so are the tornadoes . 240 people killed in Alabama this week. Power outages in Huntsville have 370,000 people without power. Some of my family live in that area and a lot of my friends. I have called a lot of the Cobra buddies and found they are OK.
Phone are out, no internet, hard to get thru to them.
Lots of damage.
Fourty miles south of us looks like a landfill.
Some of the Cobra guys are doing relief work this weekend in different cities hit the hardest. I cut trees out of my daughter's backyard today. The tornado passed over the neigborhood and touched down north of them. No damage to the house just trees blown over. All nine of them.
We were lucky in the Florence area, just trees down and power off for a day.

It's heartbreaking to hear about the devastation caused by the tornadoes in Alabama. My thoughts are with all the affected families and communities. It's a relief to know your family and friends are safe, and it's inspiring to hear about the Cobra buddies stepping up to help with the relief efforts. Cleaning up your daughter's backyard and seeing the damage firsthand must have been challenging, but it's good to know the house wasn't harmed and also view my profile there. It's a testament to community strength and resilience in the face of such adversity. Stay safe and take care.
