Does anyone know what the rear spring rates are on our cars? I have an 8.8 solid axle that came with the kit from Roger. When I carry a passenger and hit certain dips in the road, the right rear tires rubs the fender lip. I tried installing new shocks but it still rubs every now & then. I also adjusted the weight jacks to give me a little more clearance between the tire & the fender but again, it still rubs sometimes.
So, I'm thinking that maybe I need stiffer rear springs but I don't even know what the spring weights are of the springs installed in my car.
Can anyone get me started in the right direction? How do I determine what is the proper spring rate for the car? I'm looking to replace the rear springs this winter.
