Please let me know where your VIN Plate was located on your frame when you received it from Streetbeasts.
Thanks.

Quite sure CMC/Streetbeasts frames never had numbers stamped into them or plates.

I have seen numerous CMC/Streetbeast/Fiberfabs and talked to owners about this -all used a plate provided by the Manufacturer that was attached by pop rivets -the location was up to the owner.
The plate itself is about the only way to tell what generation the car is. For example mine clearly says body by FIBERFAB. I actually contacted the son of the original fiberfab company owner. He tells a very interesting story about the car and confimed the fiberfab/cmc badge changed over the production period.
Several folks have mentioned they have scribed VIN numbers on the cross member brace.
I have been told that a few never received the streetbeast aluminum plate (go figure) and had mark their vin themselves.

Just a VIN plate that I put on the driver door side. I have seen some "make one up" at a trophy shop. Mine is a 4 digit VIN, probably like most SB's.

The plate I used came from Cobra Restorers placed it on top of the footwell inside the engine compartment. No plates came with the kit.
