Ouch Beastly,remember thinking when converting my doors to original latches how heavy they were and seeing the steel inside,not to mention how heavy the door hinges were.The roll bar was another item seemed overkill but still a good feeling knowing how well it was secured to the frame.I also added steel plate under the floors for support mainly and to keep the heat from the undercar exhaust away from the fiber glass.Side benefit was solid floors.
Despite some of the negativity about this Co. these cars were well thought out.Once you concuer the build phase it really is one to be proud of,I certainly am.Over the years have looked a lot of kits,some are better (you pay for it) others do not have the features ours have.
