Did you use steel or stainless steel brake lines on your car? Is there a kit you can buy or did you bend them yourself? What about the gas line also?

I used steel on brakes -aluminum on fuel. No kits just lots of learning.

Also used steel brake lines and steel fuel lines wrapped fuel lines all the way to protect from undercar exhaust.

Steel lines also, buy a good flairing tool or you will be frustrated.

Good point remember brake lines need double flare,very important.

Yes 3/16. If you do not want to flare, you can buy different lengths of flared line at your locale parts house (Autozone or Oreilly). Jus tmake sure you get American thread
