My car was one of the original Fiberfabs-before streetbeast bought them. The link below will take you to a list of all their build manuals. I found that the fiberfab one was actually a little better than the Streetbeast one. But You can clearly tell there are very few changes. Might be useful for you.

Fantastic link!! The "Cobra Owners Manual" looks to be the build manual I need. I'm starting to think my replica may be a Fiberfab cobra because I see no differences between this 160 page book and how my car has been put together. Can you describe the "very few changes" you spoke of so I can determine, if indeed I have a Fiberfab or an early SB?

I noticed the fiber fab body differs just slightly from the streetbeast that I have seen in the thickness of the glass around the side vent. The fiberfab is about 1/2 inch thick some of the streetbeast vary down to about 3/8. The mechanicals of the fiberfab are mustang II oriented including the rear. Lastly the fiber fab footbox is actually a little smaller more angled than streetbeast. Your gas pedal will line up on the steering column. Its the one thing really drives me nuts. Not sure this is as bad on the Beasts I have seen.

Yep, super thick fiberglass. Probably too thick where the front bumper tubes go thru the body. May have been specified for mustang II donor parts but luckly the previous owner picked some of the available options by the looks of it, ie., tubular front suspension, adjustable coil-over shocks, 8.8 rear, griffin radiator etc. And yes, my gas peddle is directly under the steering column. It even shares one of the mounting bolts with the bearing block.

The vintage FiberFab manual is the exact same manual as my CMC manual dated 1-92 without the big block replacement pages.
