With the right brakes you will not need a booster remember these cars are not all that heavy. No room for a booster in a big block car unless you found one with small dia can then I wonder about it hitting the fender or liner.

I use a Mustang II booster with a 1 1/8 inch bore ford econovan master cyl 78 if i remember correctly. In order to make it fit I had to cut a small access panel in the rear of splash panel behind the wheel. It does not extend into the fenderwheel!! Just need the wiggle room cuz the studs are intergrated into the booster. I am running a 351 and wrapped my brake lines near the headers to help with radiant heat. The brake power is awesome!!

I went with 12" Ultralite Wilwoods all around with dual masters, they sent me a pad compound that will easily lock all the wheels.

On my Christmas list is a remote adapter for the reservoir. Currently I have to use a hose and funnel reach in to fill.

I have same set-up as Beastly...took 1/4 inch off the inside booster stud when I replaced master cyl...left enough meat and it gave me just enough wiggle room but still a very tight fit. And a real pain to add fluid.
