Looking good! It appears you have the column slightly pointed to the left. Is that my imagination? How is the knuckle next to the header bolts?

The column shaft is angled slightly towards the outside to keep it away from valve cover and head, but it is ever so slight. It also has a slightly higher pitch downward to keep shaft lower in the engine box. With the tilt I can position where i want it. The old coupler dang near wore a flat spot on the head bolt and the new one clears it by an inch and is below the bolt.

Thanks. It is a Flaming River GM column. Tilt and turn only. Had to move the high beam light switch to dash panel using a 3 position pull switch (off,low,high). Wipers on toggle under dash at right knee. Toggle is just on/off so need to "time" the flip to return wipers to home position. Never had to use it so don't really care. Stainless shaft, u-joint and D-shaft. I like it and it tightened up steering a bit. Old column was a bad junk yard issue.
