It really depends on who assembled it. Check to see if there is an outlet and hose through the fiberglass up under the frame, probably behind the seats above the rear end. Or it could be next to either rear wheel well. I think the WCC design is to vent the gas tank directly into the trunk. HA !! If I were you and it is an origional WCC tank, I'd replace it (fire hazard) and do it right. On mine, I'm going to mount a charcoal canister under the frame between the back wheels.
