Update: Got the rear end all assembled, my buddy helped with the more technical parts like the lash and preload. Got her all assembled and checked fluids and suspension, gave her a test ride.
I'm impressed at how quick this car is, and I wasn't trying to launch it or leave rubber but some spirited driving was all it took to realize these things are fast. The billboards are sticky and with the LSD it launches well. The clutch while heavy (even being hydraulic) worked well and turns out the transmission is a 6 speed. I think the top gear is overkill unless one is going over 80mph, as RPMs dropped to about 1100 at about 65pmh which did not make the engine very happy, so didn't use it.
