I am rebuilding my motor from scratch after suffering 10 years of issues.
I recently read that there are known problems with the CJ heads and the valve placement and geometry.
Are any of you using SCJ heads, P51 (Kaase), Blue Thunder or another type of head on your motor??
Let's hear it... what are you running??

Hmmm...... I posted this on November 4, 2012 and not a single reply. Either I am invisible or you all are running around headless!!
I just purchased Jon Kaase P-51 heads for a new build. Anyone have any experience with these or similar heads??

Would any of my fellow West Coast Cobra owners care to please tell me what type of heads you have on your WCC.
Thanks (I hope)....

Hello from the abyss. I have stock 1968 C8VE heads. I'm looking at getting stock replacement Trick Flow heads for weight releif and to avoid burning valves with unleaded fuel.

I had went with the super cobra jet heads from ford racing M-6049 I HAVE BEEN REALLY HAPPY SO FAR. I had a stock 460 but then took it out and stroked it to a 521cc and that made a big difference.
