Are you having trouble with the lower arms? I guess the issue would be if the welds were bad or the angle of the rear end pinion angle needed to be adjusted. These lower trailing arm parts are custom for your car... WCC. Even the lower trailing arms are custom made for Kellisons as shown in the manual.

No problems with the arms, per se, but one of the shops doing safety inspections here has already raised a red flag about the control arm brackets being welded to the frame, as the safety standards are really written for factory-produced cars, not kit cars. If they're flagging welding on the brackets, my concern is the welding on the arms will really freak them out.

Ah, yes, my concerns were validated. The safety inspectors raised questions about the: a) Mustang II / Pinto front end; and b) modifications to the rear lower control arms. In discussion with them, the fundamental question was whether these were original items as part of the kit or roller, or whether they were subsequent alterations. After a review of Volume 2 of the Kellison manuals I was able to find references, illustrations and, in some cases, photos relating to both the front end and LCAs. I'm optimistic now that by resolving the following things I'll get my approval: a) replacement of all the front control arm and strut rod bushings with Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings; b) replacement of the rack and pinion mount bushings; c) complete front end alignment; and d) correcting the fuel tank venting.

I know this is an old post, but I wanted to update it rather than make a new one since what I have done is kind of covered in this post.
I Purchased new Upper Control arms from Spohn designed for the 72-76 Ford Torino per one of the posts in this thread appearance and weight alone is night and day different. Can't want to take it for a spin tomorrow. I also spoke with Spohn and they said for around $200 they will custom make some new lowers so as soon as it is no longer nice weather for a couple weeks I plan to send one of the lowers to them.

(Had to break it up to two posts due to word count)
Took me a couple of hours to do from start to finish and I had to disconnect the Coil over to get the bolt out of the back.
Cost was $245 with shipping and new hardware.
Here is what the old WWC ones look like versus the new Spohn ones.

Just an update I drove around 200 miles today on my Cobra after the upper trailing arm replacement and wow you can feel a huge difference. Normally any throttle would result in the back of the car lunging down. After the upgrade I only felt the lung when very hard acceleration as in better than half throttle. I can't wait to the lowers down I can only imagine how well this car will drive then.

Got the Lowers in the mail and installed, wow this look 100% better than what came with the Car. The team at Spohn Performance did an amazing job. Around $600 total for both sets. They informed me they will start to label them as West Coast Cobra on their web site as well. No more searching if you want to upgrade and make these 100% better than original.

Since things got updated I just want to re-add that since the control arms have been changed almost 300 miles now. I love them. Can't wait to go on some long twisty roads to get a real feel, but I can say so far other than my radiator this has been my best upgrade.
