Here is the pulley, Stock on left. Like I said we could not find one commercially. All were 5.25" and it just did not push enough water at idle. they way we figured it out was water temp was 225, rad was 195 on hot side, 190 on cold side. How can there be a 30-40 deg diff? Using a mechanical temp gauge and IR gun on rad, air burped, etc. No other explanation other than block or heads are plugged. Made a trick shroud for front of rad and at ram it runs 190-195 unless I really push hard it will go to 205. once I get off it goes down. But... at 95 ambient and traffic it still climbs.
