Gentlemen:
My windscreen is done and works like a charm; no whistling, no vibrations, just perfect. The turbulence in the cockpit is virtually "0" we can hear our stereo and the hats do not blow away. Lost a bit of rear vision due to the smoking tone of the lexan but that is livable with.

Lou,
That's great. I can see the clamps on the radius leave a little gap, but it looks OK. function is what's important. How did you cut it the Lexan? what kind of polishing did you do? I't 1/2" ?

Yeah the clamps are a tad off the radious but at 120 mph cannot be noticed. LOL, the Lexan was ll done by a company up by me which works on all lexan product, the cut it from my template and polished the edges and it is smoke color tint. The drilling eas done by me and a friend.

Made this for $300. You can see through it but just need to be a little more cautious but it is removable for running around. Knocks down wind about 75%. Takes 30 seconds to put on and fits in trunk.

Its a nylon mesh. got the idea from my wife's Mercedes as they have a "windscreen" that pulls over the headrests and it makes a huge difference in that car. On the Kellison it is not as good but like I said about 70-75% better. At 60 mph can hear stereo and talk but at 80 mph plus it gets a bit "windy". I love it when its windy!! I had a guy in San Mateo make it from a cardboard pattern and it works, not perfect but good enough. I just wanted something removable. I like the lexan idea and it looks good.

Basque, where did you get the roll bar rubber. Mine are small and don't fit quite right. They look like sh@#. I like yours, where did you get them?

Which roll bar rubber? The clamps that hold the corners of the lexan are stainless steel and I cut a rubber gasket shim to avoid scratching the roll bar. I can send you my pattern on a piece of paper but your roll bar radius is more of a 90 degree, mine is a bit more soft of an angle. Let me know.
