Cobra Make & Engine: trying to get a good gt40 kit no luck so far

I understand the Forum position. But i must say that people like B&B only exist and continue in business because no one is willing to do anything. I am now and have always been open to resolution but there is no interest on the part of B&B. If my experience with them was an isolated occurance that would be one thing. However with so many people having a similar adventure an avenue to atleast vent i think is a good thing.

No argument there... that's why we have the Consumer Watch subforum.

Just leave the legal recruitment at the door.

thanks

Isn't B&B the company featured on the Kit Car TV show just a couple years ago? (I think they were building a '32).

Is that the same company?

After many months back and forth with the Attorney General's office in MO they say they would love to take action but there weren't enough complaints filed to justify that. On another note B&B (as I am told) is selling off assets and is not doing very much business. He is also being sued by a former silent partner. It is not looking good for old B&B. Another source said he is selling out and will move to another property in MO and try it again. I do believe things would have been different had he taken care of his customers who bought in good faith. unf said

When I hear "B&B" I think of the Benedictine Monks....
