James Garner was in Grand Prix.
Steve McQueen was in LeMans.

1074 was used in Steve McQueen's 1971 film "Le Mans" as a camera car.
I think there was also an earlier build GT40 used as a camera car in the 1966 film, "Grand Prix" (with James Garner in the starring role).

Interesting handbrake location on 1074, for a nervous passenger maybe...
