Default GT-40 Mk IV Question

I went to the Monterey Historics and am I crazy or were there 7 and not 6 Mk IV cars in attendance? Below is a picture they staged with "all 6", but J-11 which was in the race (with a tunnel port 427) and #4 on it was not present. So my question is why doesn't J-11 count as an original car?

Thanks, Chuck

"Chassis J11". - never originally built as a complete car.
It was a spare chassis that owner Tom Molloy bought and built into a fully functional, although not 100% accurate, Mk IV.

YOUR J-11 INFO IS PARTIALLY CORRECT. IT WAS ONE OF THE ORIGINAL 12 CHASSIS, BUT WAS COMPLETED SOME YEARS LATER BY AC CARS IN ENGLAND. IT WENT THROUGH SEVERAL OWNERS, ONE OF THEM BEING ME, BEFORE TOM MALLOY BOUGHT IT A FEW YEARS AGO.
