Default Where can I buy just the nose piece GT40?

Maybe I'm like the guy who once worked at Studebaker when they imported the MB 300SL . He couldn't affore a complete car even wholesale so he bought one piece by piece and completed it later.I just want to buy the fiberglass nose (including fenders, headlight nacelles, grille cavity, front fog lamp enclosures , plexiglass covers for headlights and fog lamp nacelles) of a GT40. I contacted RCR in Detroit but they said they do not sell pieces. Anybody know of any other source? I remember years ago when that outfit that made Lola T70 bodies advertised GT40 bodies. I don't want the body that went on the Fiero, that one was jacked all out of shape to fit that narrower chassis. I am located in Riverside,CA

I also thought of buying the nose of the '05-'06 Ford GT, this time just the piece that goes from the dividing line just behind the headlights forward. Anybody priced out this piece? It must be available, as the car was just disontinued a year ago. I wonder how soon it will be before some independent "splashes" an '05-'06 Ford GT?

Go to GT40s.com and look up FRPGUY, he makes the parts.

It's already been done several times. Most of the time the damage is all in the front end, too. Replacement parts are (still) available, and will most likely be made available by Ford for some time. But they are very expensive.

You may want to ask the folks at RCR in eastern Michigan.

Historybuff...if you are looking for a partial nose, for display and not one to be used on a car then maybe you should give me (RCR) another call......
