This guy just doesn't get it. This is business, nothing more. If a manufacturer can't deliver the product, they ain't in business anymore. You can check the US District Court docket in their city to see if they filed for bankruptcy, but It just don't matter no more. Be thankful they don't have your money. Any great business could go bankrupt in this economy. Plenty of good Cobra manufacturers out there.

So please Read the further posts a little more carefully from now on. And who said they filed for Bankruptcy? Did you read what Rich posted. Please get your facts STRAIGHT before you post!! This is how rumors get started..

Josh...gave you a lot of slack, but enough. You posted looking for some feedback, and you got it. We all understand your disappointment, but that's all it is right now...disappointment. You have lost nothing...not a damn thing.
