Default new cobra manufacturer?

Are you the same company as the Johnex that built cobras for House of Cobra?

Default Hello Anthony

Hi,

My name is Bob Holdridge. I built harnesses for John Levelier for several years. I was in Wisconsin then. I am now in Northern Ohio. I still have stock if you are ever in need.

Does anyone know if Anthony is still around or if there is another source for parts. I am in a bad need for a front lower a-arm on my 95 Johnex Cobra

Read this post about Anthony; it might answer part of your question.

Who are these guys? I have never seen this Coupe b4!

Sorry, I don't have any info about lower A arms that were used on his kits. Hopefully a fellow Johnex owner can chime in and help you there.

Actually I contaced a company named CSC and they made the frame and chassis components. I also did contact and hear back from Anthony at Johnex. I think I can get a complete front suspension if I need it. I must say this about the old Johnex cobras... the frames are bullet proof. Due to my own fault my car fell off the back of a trailer and only the lower a-arm was damaged.... the frame is fine. Thanks for responding to my post.

Ralph at CSC will look after you. He is a good guy & honest to boot.
Unlike the other person you were in contact with.

Does anyone know where I can get a pair of the side vents/louvers for the Johnex Body? I can't seem to find them anywhere and the ones from Finish Line don't fit. The body I have is the inner bevel side louver design.

Thanks in advance

I am considering buying what I believe is a Johnex complete minus engine and trans.
I recently purchased a 67 mustang fastback as a restore product from an older gentleman and in the stall next to it was a beautiful Cobra. He has yet to dig up the paperwork on it.
From what I am gathering, he purchased from House of Cobra in Southern Cal in early 2000’s. They attempted to put a 351C with auto in it, as he is an amputee and it did not work. He is telling me it must have a Windsor.
The car is beautiful and has been garaged under a cover. Has never had a motor.
Just looking for information as there is not a lot I could find on this.
Anything is appreciated.
Thx

I suggest you find out what your state will need to title/register the car and be sure you can get it before you spend money on the car.

Also, start a new thread of your own instead of resurrecting a 10 year old thread from the archives.
