another thing worth considering is the resale of a car with a quality FE versus anything else,especially a bow tie motor.there are lots of great engines but Fe and cobra go together I think.
I disagree with the fe not being such a good engine when it came out,Ive been around the engines and ford service depts all my life and havent encountered that,they were great engines in my experience.my opnion,,Tim
