Keith Craft Visit
As a college baseball coach we spend considerable time on the road and travel to quite a few distant destinations. One such destination was Arkadephia, Ark. We were there to play a little baseball and lo and behold I found out our trainer (as in, if some one gets hurt, he fixes them) is Keith Craft's cousin. I was able to put the squeeze on him to arrange a morning meeting with Keith and his troops.
Keith was good enough to take some early morning time out and give us a tour of his most impressive shop (CNC Head machine and all). He and his employees were most hospitable in the true southern tradition. His shop is something to behold, especially to one such rookie cobra builder. He and his people were very friendly and more than happy to share info. They have the latest in technology and the smart guys to use it. I must admit, most people who have the tremendous reputation Keith has are not as forthright with information nor hospitable.
We want to thank Keith and his crew for everything. We will look forward to another visit next spring. It beat the heck out of visiting Bill's memorabilia shop.
