Default Kentucky Cobra Club Fall Cruise Route

This is an update to the Kentucky Cobra Club Fall Cruise. The Cruise is
on October 18th in the morning.

The route we will be going on is to be broken down in two parts as follows:

Group (1),
the Club members that are within close distance to Louisville,
are going to meet for breakfast at 7:10 am at the Cracker barrel off I-65
and Brook exit. This group will then travel toward the Lawrenceburg area
through Mt Washington, Taylorsville, Mt. Eden, and up to
Lawrenceburg, KY (all on Highway 44 East). Group (1) should arrive
at Lawrenceburg by 10AM.

Anybody else from group (2) is also welcome to meet for breakfast at
Cracker Barrell off I-65 and Brooks exit.

Group (2),
the Lexington area group, will gather at the Lawrenceburg
Food Stores' Parking lot by 10 AM. This is located at the corner of US 44 and Humston Drive next to the Papa John's Pizza building. Wait for Group (1) at which
time the two groups will travel I-127 towards Harrodsburg, I-68 to Perryville,
(Perryville Battlefield) and then highway 150 from Perryville towards
Springfield, and then to Bardstown for Lunch, or wherever we decide to
eat, probably be 1:00 to 1:30 PM. At this point all the Clubmembers
will depart for home.

I have tentatively reserved space for up to 20 people for lunch at The Talbot Inn in Bardstown for between 1:15 to 1:30 PM. I you guys have an alternative let me know as soon as possible.

Looks like the trip is right at 140 miles. The distance to Lawrenceburg,
KY is 57 miles from Cracker Barrel, so Group (1) needs to plan on
1 1/2 hours to Lawrenceburg. If Group (1) leaves the Cracker Barrel at 8:30 AM
we would be at Lawrenceburg at 10:00 AM. The total time for the
cruise is 5 to 6 hours depending on how much we stop and for how long.

All Cobra owners are welcome to this Fall Cruise. Please write me some
e-mail so that I can add you to our database if you have not already done so.
