Default Putting a car on a lift

MAn this little thing is a pain to put on the lift. I have a rotary asym lift and the front arms don't reach the frame. I have to use the side support to the body on the front

Yup. Never had a problem just driving any car, including a lowered 2009 Corvette, onto mine.

I don't have any problem with my two post lift. Must be the brand of lift you have.

I have a Rotary.

I use 2 X 12 tire pads to give me just enough to get the pads under the car.

I cut the edges at like 30 degrees so the tires are fighting less.

Mark on the cement where they go and then drive in place. On my higher set, I put a piece of angle iron on top to help me know where the end was.

Hope this helps.

The lift seems to be too high to slide under the car without jacking it slighty first. It definately won't reach the round tubes. It's an older rotary extremely well made. It has steel rollers instead of nylon buchings. Most lifts now have nylon bushings. I guess I't will just be difficult
