I'm not sure there are many "base" Kirkhams out there. Ron's 289 FIA at $75,000 is about the cheapest presently on the market and I sincerely doubt that he will take your "base" amount. I think if you could find a "base" 427 Kirkham, then $75,000 is a pretty good figure to use.
As I mentioned about the stainless steel frame, IMHO, the supercharger adds nothing for me. Webers? Yes. Turkey pan and carb? Yes. But that's me.
