My wife is the one I look at.
I've been hiking, running, crossfit for the past 4 months now. Darren made me do it

Did you know that the morning of Thanksgiving is one of the busiest days of the year in a gym? Folks think they can workout enough to compensate for all the pumpkin pie, turkey, cranberry muffins, gravy, potatoes, etc.

David, keep up your exercise program. We need to be in top shape for the cobra cross country trip. My employees are so much happier, healthier and productive with our office gym. That's how I can afford another KMP with some cool options. Peace, love, respect on this great day. Darren

Pedal box - Stainless - bare, no components needed
We do have a few stainless pedal boxes. How about $75?
Sounds fine, I'll take it.
Left side foot box - fiberglass
$400 retail--$200 today
I'll take it.
Left front suspension upper a-arm w/ balljoint - machined aluminum - early car (2004).
I need a picture to see what you need. We have gone through several upgrades in suspension over time.
I can attach pics here or email them to you, which would you like?
I'll send pics.
Left lower front suspension a-arm w/ balljoint - mild steel tube - early car (2004),
I need a picture to see what you need. We do have a few control arms left--not many, however.
I'll send pics.
Left side steering knuckle, spindle, axle stub, bearing, disk assembly.
Need a picture.
I'll send pics.
Any left front side body components and nose
hmmm, I think we have a few parts left. What exact body parts do you need? Send a picture and I'll see what I can dig up.
I need the lower nose, left front fender from light to door.
I'll send pics.
Front Left suspension structure - welded onto chassis-stainless.
Are you talking about the frame here? Which tubes?
Yes, the welded frame, looks like 2 inch tubes, specifically the vertical 2 tube assy. with horizontal tube that attaches the upper A-Arm to the chassis.
Left side 427 headers and sidepipe - mild steel. or both sides in stainless
I will look for scratch and dent exhaust. There is one guy ahead of you in line and I think he is going to want the steel we have. We also have a set of stainless that were damaged.
Just let me know. The left side was gone when I got the car. If you have one, I'll take it, otherwise let me know about the stainless as well, please.
Driver and Passenger seats
$1800 retail...$1400 today.
I'll hold off on these for a bit. Great price, just trying to get the frame and body done before getting to the interior.
Thanks.

See replies inside message above.
I'll also take a set of the billet reservoirs for $100 if you have another set.
Thanks.

1. Pedal assembly
How much of the assembly do you want? Do you want the reservoirs, reservoir lines? Do you want original type pedals or do you want Kirkham pedals?
I need the entire thing with reservoirs, lines and master cylinders. It doesnt matter which pedals it has-i like both
2. Master cylinders
What sizes?
I dont know-whatever comes standard i suppose-i just installed the brake lines you all sent last week.
3. Hydraulic clutch
Do you want our hydraulic throw out bearing assembly, or an original type one? What transmission?
TKO600-whichever system will work best with it. I think you all use a throwout bearing as opposed to the slave cylinder system.
4. Reservoirs
Billet aluminum? Original steel type?
answer: Whichever are cheaper probably-original type???
5. Carpet
Nylon or wool?
I thought you only sold wool. I dont mind nylon.
6. Passenger seat
Yes, we have seats in stock. They are $900 each. They are very high quality. We even use leather for the welting. The pleats are true tuck-and-roll, not just sewn down over foam. They are quite nice. Just for this thread I'll let one go for $700
Thanks-yall are great!!!
7. E-brake boot
Original cars don't have them.
I was not aware of that.
8. Radiator
We don't have any scratch and dent ones in stock. I think we are out of radiators right now. I'll check.
Thanks
9. Radiator tubes and hoses
Yes, I saw a dinged set today. $300 retail--$150.
Ill take them!
10. Header tubes or headers
Stainless or steel?
Steel-i am just going to paint them white anyway-same with #11
11. Sidepipes
stainless or steel?
12. 427 FE engine intake manifold plate
Not sure what you are referring to? I did take down several intake manifolds today. We even have a 1965 Medium Riser dual quad intake I found.
hmmm-well, i was just going to buy an edelbrock aluminum intake, but please let me know what else you all have. The plate I am referring to is the breather plate on the back that vents to the puke tank
13. Engine pulleys
We have some harmonic balancer pulleys. $100 retail. $25 until they are gone. I think we have 4 or 5. They are from Keith Craft. They fit a Big Block Chevy (don't worry). They need to be slightly slotted to fit an FE. We have used several of them, but finally ended up making our own matched set.
We also have some alternator pulleys--I think 3. $10 each
I ll take one of each and i guess grab whichever waterpump pulley to match at a later date
14. Differential vent and reservoir
We use our brake cans for this. A brake can is $100 retail. We have a few scratch and dents. Maybe 2 or 3. I'll let them go for $25 each.
I'll take all 3 if they are still available
15. Driveshaft
I'll post the part numbers.
16. Driveshaft safety loop
I sold 16 of these today! LOL. $125 retail. $75. There are only 3 left. It is a complicated piece--not just a "U" bolt.
Ill take one of these too
17 Exterior mirror
Which mirror do you want?
Which one do you normally use? I think i prefer the brushed non-bullet style mirror
18 Visors
I doubt we have any scratch and dents.
No problem. Just asking
19. Wind wings
I don't think we have any scratch and dents...but...not that I think about it...
We do have a LOT of extra hardware. I'll check on this. You can always cut them out from plexiglass and then use the hardware. I'll post drawings if you are interested.
Its so hot in AL most of the year that i probably will not want them anyway. Thanks
20. Shifter
Which shifter? Which transmission?
TKO 600-the one you all make that is shown in the build thread
21. Throttle linkage
$125 retail. I'll let one go for $75. Again, it is a complicated part.
And again, i am in for one
22. Vent kit
I don't think we have any scratch and dents. I'll have to check.3. Hydraulic clutch
Thanks so much and Happy Thanksgiving! Yall are very generous!
Ill call on Monday!
BTW, be careful at crossfit!!! I have had several friends get injured doing crossfit at a local gym. However, they were in horrible shape when they started and they attempted to progress too quickly with the work outs. Its a wonderful and very effective routine as long as you move at the appropriate pace.

One of the wiring harnesses just sold. I'll check on everyone else's loot tomorrow.
Just finished our maiden Krossfit voyage in the new Kirkham gym. The world is spinning. I have been working out solid for 4 months now with crossfit mixed into the fun all along. I'm working out with guys who have been doing it for a long, long time. One thing is bugging me, however. We need some rings and with the holiday we won't be able to get any for several days.

Hey David
Will the wiring harnesses fit original cars? 427 or 289?
I know the wire color isn't the same as original, just wonder if they fit and which model.
THX,
Larry

Yes, the wiring harnesses will fit an original car. We just found a 289 harness today when we were doing Krossfit at the shop. The 289 and the 427 are a bit different.
We only have one 289 harness, however.

Man, that was fast.
No more 289 harnesses...I think. (You never know what we will find, but I don't think there are any more.)
Yes, we will be open tomorrow. Just call the shop. I'll be ready to take calls by 10:00 am. I have lots of cleaning up to do before then.

The 427 harness will work. You just have to string the wires a bit differently under the dash to your specific dash set up.
I think there are only 2 of the 427 harnesses left.

Speaking of Rats...
NO LONGER AVAILABLE
We have a Chevy 350 foam engine block here we don't need.
We also have a foam 426 Hemi engine block as well. We'll let those go for $200 each as well. We also have some Hemi blowers, valve covers, and pulleys for the block. We'll sell those at 1/2 price as well if anyone wants them. We sold another (not broken) FE block yesterday. If I'd have known this stuff would have sold so quickly, I'd have cleaned out the balcony a long time ago Then I could have started Krossfit that much earlier.

Good job on the workout program. I recently joined the ranks of the coverted too. Man, it makes such a difference in the quality of life. Just stick with it. If anyone is looking for a great book on the subject, pick up "Younger Next Year". Not that any one source works for everyone, but this book just clicked with me. Sorry to stray from the original topic.

Speaking of weight compensation, maybe you want to invest in one of those foam blocks the Kirkhams are selling - it will lighten your car quite a bit and will perform just the same as your 482 when it's parked in the garage....

Lew,
Thanks for all the encouragement. We all need it.
The 289 wiring harness sold today. One of the 427 harnesses sold today too. There are two 427 harnesses left. I will be digging up other parts tomorrow.
