I had to give up on the Private Message inbox. I have to delete messages to send or receive any messages now. Email is much easier and one less area to keep up with.
The Land Rover is a seriously sweet machine. Every time I see on it reminds me of the time I spent in Africa. Such wonderfully nice people--always smiling. What a tragedy their governments are so difficult to work with.

All the stainless boxes are now sold. They are the same price. $75 for the box and $350 for the entire pedal box assembly. Give me a ring in the morning. I can't believe how many of these we sold. We have a few more of the steel boxes we found.

Post 584 Harmonic Dampner Pulley-One

I haven't sent out any steel cans. They stink.

Happy to help. I have gotten so many calls and emails from guys who were discouraged with their dream rides just gathering dust in the garage. Many guys called just to thank us for jump-starting them and getting them excited to work on their projects again. Nothing puts a smile on your face like driving a Cobra.

Yep it sure does! BUT, that 25 degree side wind I got the other day took my breath away! I really appreciate the heat off the engine these days! Just wish I could get the 427 body/ chassis. I got a very nice Tunnel Port combo I could use... Is it still out there? No takers yet? Thanks again, Matt

David,
I will take the water pump pulley (if you have an extra after shipping a WP pulley to my fellow Alabamian), the block-off plate for $5, the FE Oil filter adapter for $5, and the Oil Vapor Separator Tank for $175. My wife is going to block this sight on our PC so get everything posted as soon as possible! Matter of fact, she said that I could not offer to fly out to Utah and "assist" you while you're rummaging through all of the parts.
Thanks!
Mike

The Land Rovers are seriously sweet! I have a real problem with Rovers... It's the only British aluminum I can really afford right now (anything AC related is out of the question right now). Mine looks like a piece of paper that has been wrinkled and smoothed back out. It was a working truck. I used to live down the street from Joe in Lehi, he can tell you it has some, shall we call it, patina .
If you wanted to make a few shekels, those panels on the front of the fenders are NLA... Land Rover hasn't made any in a long time and I don't know of any aftermarket parts either. There's enough guys out there with Series II rover with busted up fenders they might sell pretty good. I'd buy a set. I'd even be willing to bring you a fender to digitize if you wanted to make those front panels.

I think we are going to have to start rationing the gas caps.
I'll do what I can to get them out to everyone.

Just when i thought i was finished for the night... ill take an alternator bracket too.
David-I guess i will just make the gift a surprise then. Oh, and i promise you that I will continue to teach the principles of our founding fathers to the younger generations and educate them on the cost of freedom.

I think I'm going to need a "safe house" if my wife finds out that I'm buying more stuff! I'm seriously thinking about buying a pair of alternator brackets; one for my future Cobra and one for my Mustang. I'll let you know tomorrow....from the safety of my office! Thanks again! Mike
