David,
I'm not sure what you mean by forward mount vs. the rear mount shifter.
So I sent some pictures and measurements. Ctr to Ctr of the adjustment as the assembly came off the car. 1st rod was adjusted to 14.75". 2nd rod was 9.75" and 3rd rod was 9.625".
Hope this helps. Mark

That is a Hurst shifter. Our rods won't work with it. Our rods work with the original shift box.
Bummer,

David, if you do make some 289 dashes would it be possible to make them as the original ones with the lower section offset to the driver and not centered.
Please let me know if this is possible. Also I just need the glovebox cutout and not the gauges. Thank you, John O

I will look into this. We don't have a tool here in the US to make those dashes so the ones we sold were the only ones we had. We make them in Poland. However, if enough people want them we will make a tool to make them here.

Lots of boxes. I had to set up two tables to organize the small boxes. The large ones are by the cars.

Prototype billet gas cap. We were having a hard time getting gas caps so we just decided to make them ourselves out of billet aluminum. The hole for the pivot of the latch was not drilled in the center. For the ambitious, they could weld up the hole and drill a new one. If not, nice garage art.
Retail $295 (for a good one)
Today $50

This is another prototype billet gas cap. Fully functional. We just haven't polished it yet.
The billet aluminum polishes up like a mirror.
Retail $295
Today $125

David,
I'll take one of the expansion tanks, 427, left (driver side) outlet, added to my box.
Thank you.
