Sandwich almost, almost made it to the top. I'm sure next week he will carry us to the top. He is one tough, tough man.

Raw meat? Actually, it's considered the Genesis in the steroids evolution in the US.

I think that that Ferrari 458 Italia from the other thread stands a good chance at winning the drag race....

I doubt it. Pushing that Ferrari wouldn't be too easy. We have him by 1000 pounds

Guys,
Tonight after we got everything set up for the Open House tomorrow, we were really tired. But...
Everyone was looking at each other like we HAD to do our work out before we went home. So I went in to my computer and looked up www.crossfit.com to see what the WOD--workout of the day--was. (My friend calls it the "Wall Of Death" because we post it on the wall whiteboard when we work out.) I was thrilled to see we were at the top of the page!
A special thanks to my brother, nephew, and all our great guys we have here at Kirkham Motorsports. Their constant support and motivation has made all our lives better. We made the front page of www.crossfit.com today! It is a good day. In celebration we challenged each other to climb the rope 10 times. Sandwich, Jeremy, Eric, and I all did it. New personal records for all of us
Guys, you should try it. You will love it. Your life won't be the same after you do.
David
ps. Thanks Lew for Younger Next Year. I just gave it to my wife. She is reading it too. That is a book to read...and pass on to someone you love.

David, you guys should make an aluminum climbing wall with billet aluminum stones for the rocks, also a billit aluminum climbing pole, like a 50ft tall one, and make billet aluminum monkey bars for upper cardio, and if you want to do something really cool, solid billet aluminum dumbells, they will be alot lighter than steel ones so you will have to make them really big, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, it wiil pay off more than you will ever imagine.

We have some billet aluminum plates we cut out to raise our Olympic barbell off the ground for bar weight exercises. You never know what billet things we will come up with.

David and all folks at Kirkham Motorsports,
Congratulations on making the front page of Crossfit.com! That's quite an accomplishment and a great picture.
Also, hope all of your hard work pays off for another successful open house tomorrow.
Best Wishes,
Curtis
