I'd love to come as I've never visited KMS, but the cost and logistics of getting my car over from the UK would be daunting.

Default another suggestion for the 20th anniversary

Drive the Mirror Lake Highway up in the Uintah mountains of Utah. Winding road. Incredible scenery and not too far from Salt Lake City and Provo.

Definitely a Major pilgrimage to Mecca ! If I can get my tow package to 20 mpg it might be feasible ! You guys are in the wrong part of the world ! What does it cost to heat KMS in the winter ??
Wonder what a auto transporter would cost if it picked up a load in Fl., or along the way ?
Something would need to be planned to make it attractive for the wives would be a big help !
Plotting..................................

Any possible dates you are floating?

I should be able to drag myself down I15 to get there.

So, it looks like things might happen in June 2015. Not solid on a specific day in June next year, but it may fall on the third week of June.
We are thinking about it being a week long event, with most of the activities happening on Friday, and Saturday.

The though so far is that Monday-Thursday customers could bring there cars to the shop for some work if needed, by appointment only. Maybe a drive will happen on one of those days.
Friday is when it will really start. We may do a car show of sorts Friday morning, then a drive later in the day. Then Saturday will be full of stuff to do at the Miller Motorsports park. I'll get more details up as time goes on, but all I can say for now is try and leave June open next year.

Looking forward to next year's event. June was excellent weather back when the Kirkham's held the customer homecoming event. I think it was 2008 when we went to Miller Motorsports track for a day and then down to Bryce Canyon for an overnight stay. A whole lot of fun with beautiful roads to cruise on.

I do recall the group of us cobras being pulled over by the local sheriff and him telling us to slow down a bit and we could enjoy the view even better.

I'd be wanting some of those upgrades, but at a minimum, I'd like a re-polish.

I could ship it ahead of time.

It looks like we will be renting the track (Miller Motorsports Park) the weekend of the Lucas off road racing series. So the trucks will be running in the dirt north of the track, and we will have either the west or east track.
No solid dates yet, but if I remember right its the third weekend of June usually. The official events calendar for the track, next year, has not been finalized yet.
Its my understanding that you could come earlier in the week and perhaps participate in some off road driving, and a couple other events the track will have available.
There should be lots of people there so it will be a fun time to show off your cars, and with the off road racing happening, there should be plenty of fun/cool things to see.
I will get more details up as I figure things out.

Hi All

And Hello from sunny London, England! I am looking to place an order but definitely think it is best I go out to Utah and meet the Kirkahm team to discuss and explore possible options. Would also be a great opportunity to look at the differemnt models and meet like minded enthusiasts. Is there an email distribution list floating around? if so

Hi all from Essex, England!

This is my first ever response on ClubCobra. I am not a cobra owner but have actively been looking at the Kirkham. This forum has been invaluable for my research to date and a great read so thanks! I think it is best I actually go out and meet the team face to face to explore the options - tying this with the 20th bash would be a great oppportunity to also meet like minded individuals and see the cars in the flesh. I would definitely fly out from London and find a B&B somewhere and make a holliday of it - do we know when dates will be finalised? Best Chris

Is London , OH still happening?
Shelby meet?

Isn't the proposed date range going to conflict with already established Cobra-related events?
