Glad you found some stuff you're happy with.
After the first few months of chasing down ever spot with a light pass with a Scotchbrite, I found myself spending more time on the car than I would've if it was painted. Since I'm a lazy ass, that was the opposite of why I got the BNL.
I put the pads down, used Windex for cleanups, and washed it every month whether it wanted it or not just to get the "milk" residue off.
After several years, it has gotten a slightly darker tone to it...about how Tom's original BNL was when I first saw it...which is what I always wanted. It's like it has applied it's own protection...I don't even get spots if gas splashes a bit during fillups. I use sotchbrites lightly if I get a scratch or something, then blend it in with the windex/diaper so I don't end up having to do the whole fender (or car).
Works for me.
Sometimes the most difficult thing to do is nothing at all.
