KMP 248 first test drive
After 11 months, 2 weeks, 3 days, 14 hours i finally was able to take my kirkham for a test drive around the neighborhood. Holman Moody finished all the drivetrain issues and the engine problem i encountered back at Christmas. Boy was it fun and having that 427 running. Now i plan to finish the body and interior then go get it titled for street use. Tucker (Holman Moody engine builder) was so impressed with the chassis welds and the fit and finish of the Kirkham cars. He said the suspension was very easy to set up and said the car drove very well. Sorry i do not have any pictures only videos and i have not a clue of downloading that stuff.

Words cannot discribe! The car feels so light and snappy! The brakes work very well and the car has beautiful balance. It is like nothing I have ever driven. The Webers add a lot to the package as well.

I'm leaving it the way God created it. Besides not to many are aluminum and i don't feel like tapping on it all the time to prove it is.

It's fun to run around naked isn't it?
Congrats on getting the car on the road. Enjoy.

I like running around naked too. It'll be even more fun when my car is done.
