Before I tear a bunch of stuff up, How do you remove the doors?

I have a little cover under the hinge-looks like yours is already off. How do you take the pin out?

I wouldn't disassemble the hinge pin. Are you talking about the plastic hinge cover being in the way? That should come off and then I'd unbolt the doors.

Are going to put on an oil cooler for the diff?

Big Boss, Conact Tom at Tom's Motorsports and talk to him about your Rear end set up and oil coolers. He has tons of experience with these rear ends and you did say you wanted to built everything perfect on this Cobra. There are certain issues with these rear ends which I am sure Pat (Gasholes) would certainly be happy to share with you.

He is referring to the KMP diff...there was a problem with the diff slinging too much fluid out the vent hole in the cover. Baffelling or replacing the diff cover with a Jag unit or the one from Tom's seemed to be a cure.

Diff breather kit. You can see a picture on the Kirkham website. Click on the item number on their parts price list.
