Default More intake questions was the PI intake what the blue thunder was made after?

Dennis at DSC otorsports sells them for about $450. I was thinking of trading my TP for this intake. I have a line on this and a SW. It seems the SW is not the correct intake. Will this work?

What look are you going for? The PI intake would be correct for a later street car with the 428. It has no oil fill tube, and you'd need to use valve covers with an oil fill/breather. If you're going for a Comp car look, then go with the Blue Thunder.

They also sell the Blue Thunder, so why not get that?

For driveability shouldn't the vc's have a breather with a catch can anyway? I thought it helped to run one and a pcv. I want it clean and reliable it doesn't have to look 100% correct. Performance wise is the PI and the thunder simliar?
