Its hard to tell that he is standing out on a point. The next picture is taken from the road below looking back up at the point he is standing on.
The red blur is me standing near the aforementioned point.

Those are Cattle and it's where steak comes from. Way better than Tofu. It's probably illegal in the Bay Area though.
