Do you guys know when the raffle tickets are going to be mailed out?
I want to have the mailman put the winning tickets directly in my hand.

My understanding is that you get an E ticket with your number on it when you buy the ticket on line, this obviuosly saves us a lot of time and cost, Corresponding numbered stubs will be placed in the hopper prior to th e drawing.

This is correct. They save on mailing cost and time and the drawing is still kept "Human" this way.

Yep Mike, great job on the website!
I just went and tested it using paypal thru the site, after you complete your payment it takes you back to the reciept page and a copy of "your" ticket is available for printing Oh yeah and LCS also sent me an email reciept with my ticket number on it and all other pertinent info.I just got #4796 Is it the winner?
If you forgot to print your E ticket, don't worry as we will have the master database spreadsheet at the drawing.
Who has purchased the most tickets by now..I think last year Dave Semko was in a "Race" with a few, and there was George in Nevada who bought a wopping 70 tickets................who's gonna be #1 this year ?
Oh yeah and don't forget.
YOU CAN"T WIN THE CAR UNLESS YOU BUY TICKETS......................

Great video. You guys are really becoming "marketing pros."
Kudos to the Weavers at Unique, Bill Parham at Southern Automotive, and Bruce Bunn at Jodeco. They've been quietly doing their thing for decades, and stay in business primarily though word-of-mouth "advertising" by very happy customers, delivering both quality and great customer service. It's nice to see them getting a little publicity.

I do not recall seeing an e-ticket when I bought them- and I know I did not write down or print out any ticket numbers after the purchase? How can I find out now what my ticket numbers are?

You should have been sent to a "receipt" page after payment. Some people accidentally close the browser before they are redirected so we have an additional system. You should have also received an email with the numbers listed. Contact me via PM with the email address you used and I can look the numbers up for you.

Chappy, you need to keep buying more so we are sure everything works right
Mike is right though... after paypal you go back to our site (redirect or click the link to go back) and there is your ticket(s) for printing and then you also get two receipts, one from paypal and one from the LCS website with your ticket number. Unlike in previous years though, you do not need your tickets nor numbers. We have a database that keeps track of all that and are going to print all the tickets before the drawing. And since we have the database, we know what ticket belongs to who without you having to have a stub to match. But of course, it is always fun to have your numbers handy if you are there when the drawing takes place. Even the ticket we have physically sold will be reprinted so they are all the same in the barrel.

This goes for everyone. We need you all to "test" the system 5 times a day, 10 tickets per test. It's for a good cause!

The video is great! I'm going to buy 5 more tickets
Maybe I can trailer Old Yaller back to Alabama and drive the raffle car.
