Classic Car Cafe'
Gentlemen,
(Sorry for the type 0 on the header!!!!) Classic Car Cafe... (mod note...fixed it...ron)
Have any of you checked out the classic car cafe in Wantagh? I have stop there a few times with my wife for a bite to eat and found it to be a great little restaurant. I spoke with the owner last night and asked about having a dinner cruise night out. the owner Bernie said he would love to have us there and would give us 10% off of our check. we can park our cobras up on the sidewalk and in his parking lot on display. Bernie said any weeknight would be fine as long as we give him notice, I was thinking maybe a Monday or Wednesday evening. its a great little place to bring your wife or girlfriend. so what do you say guys, is this something we can get a nice turn out for?
Bobby

Sounds like a great idea, Bobby. I'll go, Wednesday or Thursday may be good so as not to conflict with the Oyster Bay cruise night on Tuesday. what is the exact address? May be worth a drive by for me...

hey guys,
i was thinking either a monday or wednesday since there is not much going on those nights. the address is 3500 sunrise highway in Wantagh. the phone number is 516 409 5300. the owner is looking for events like this, as he says, this is why i built this place. lets pass the word and see how many cobra guys are willing to take part.
Bobby

ok guys, after speaking with a group of you at port jeff today it seems like a wednesday night would work best for us. i was thinking on August 9th between 6 & 6:30 pm at the classic car cafe. i need a head count on who would like to attend so that i can make arrangements. please make an effort to reply so that i'm not guessing on who will attend.
thanks
Bobby

Although I am desperately looking forward to the next cobra run I will have to pass on this one. My baby sitter is in FLA.
Thanks

I was asked to ask...
Are any other wives, girlfriends, significant others coming?
Cheers
