You need a Daytona instead of that little vette and a track car instead of that German ragster. Perhaps a 7 to replace that purple thing on the left.

We are planning on hooking up at AJ's Steak & Pizza in Goshen (12:00 ish). We will be driving by the DD in Thomaston so we might catch a couple of you then. ( we will be taking the back roads up thru Litchfield)

Just finished changing my oil and putting in new plugs. We're ready to go!

I would love a Daytona Coupe ! The Vette is pretty cool though also. That German ragster is 507 HP turbo charged with paddle shifts on the wheel and hand built buy guys with white lab coats ! From a rolling start the AMG will smoke everything in my garage.

So exactly how long does it take to get 9 quarts of Redline 5W30 warmed up? Remember kids, block off those oil coolers.
Thank goodness my SPF has a heater, too bad I've never had the top on it.
35 here in West Haven.

Yeah, I told Peter at ERA that the best thing I ordered extra was the heater...have used it many times this Fall for evening driving.
Just bundle up.

I'm driving 2 cars today and both lack tops or heaters... the lack of heat soak into the BDR passenger cabin is not a selling point today

Jay, can your cars be retrofitted? Not a bad option if you live in the North. Definitely extends the Cobra driving season.

Yes, we can retrofit anytime but while we are driving. Going early to drop off a car for a customer and then picking up another to drive with.
Cobra dealer with no Cobras... it was a great October so far.

My wife says she'll become a nun if I insist on doing this ride today.
What should I do?

Here are my pics from today's run:
Fall Foilage Run 2008
Thanks for lunch Jay. And to all of the nice cobra (and GT-40, Daytona Coupe) owners I had the privilege of meeting today, I hope you all had a good time.
