Sad day. Sad sad sad day.

Did I mention it was a SAD DAY?

So much for sleeping 6 hours a day. Now it has to be 5 max since I now have to pay for [insert name here]'s phucking doctor visits.

If you give a crap about this, send an email to THE lone "republican" member who voted for this POS bill.

Mike,

I have sent so many e-mails and made so many calls to my Senators and Congress people That I am almost on a first name basis with them protesting this Power Grabbing socialistic bill. I can't send one to yours as he will only accept those from his area. I fear the days of freedom in this country are coming to an end faster than even most had expected. I hope that next year when the elections come along all of these power hungry, me first and the people are here to serve us are voted out of office. On a much smaller note we died manage to get rid of two of our biggest pains in the A** in our local town city council this election. Now they want to fight the voting as not enough voted and they claim that at least 60% should have voted to make it legal. Where they got that I don't know. Like all politicians that figured they were in there for life.

Ron

I really thought that the vote for DingleBarry Care would have been a little tighter than it was.

Terrible news. Most people have no idea what this will mean for their health care if it makes it through the senate. I have private insurance but I have to get a physical once a year from the VA because of service connected issues. Dealing with these idiots is unbelievable. The government can not do much right, and when they screw up they don't care. Losing records, incompetent doctors, not notifying you of appointments on time etc... People are going to be in for a shock if it runs anything like the VA.

As someone already pointed out, the Government cannot run a business. They took over a PROFITABLE business for non payment of taxes. This business sold a product at a very high margin of profit. And even though they sold the product at a very high profit, they got to KEEP the product and sell it again, over and over. Yet the Government LOST money at that business and closed it. The Mustang Ranch!
The Government couldn't pour water out of a boot with the instructions written on the heel. ,,,,,,Money? That, they can pour out and lose without instructions.

Ron, my zip code is 35763, Owens Cross Roads, AL, that should get you in like Flynn. However, the SOB Democrat Griffith voted against the bill. But he only did that because his vote was not needed. Senators are Shelby & Sessions. Email them. But I am confident they will not vote for this POS bill.

The best example of how well the government can administer something is the current Swine Flu vacines program....not!

Other things like, protecting our infrastructures against systems hackers (60 minutes last night), supporting our military and reducing the budget....on and on...not!
I hope all those libs. start learning the words to the song Tom Dooley .

It's a long way from becoming reality. Still has to make it through the Senate as they're own version, then the two have to be merged into one for approval, and sent to Nobama. Don't look for this to happen anytime soon.

The only thing Pelosi & her circus accomplished Saturday was to further upset the citizens when they totally ignored our opposition to the health care bill. I am anxiously awaiting the mid term elections next year and vote all the supporters of this horrible bill OUT OF OFFICE. The dems just sealed their own parties fate.

Works great now. I have been reading that bill for the past month and missed a lot of that stuff, but it is so long and changing from time to time that it is hard to really guess what the final version may be like. I did see on TV that Pelosi is pissed off about having to change the abortion part of the bill and has said she will have it the way she wants it and the people will not tell her what to do. Darn, her face looks as if it is frozen into place. Must be all the plastic surgery.

If you add in the cost of Government funding of all the new bureaucrats. The fines[taxes] for non-compliance. The actual tax increases and the $500 billion in Medicare "savings" that WON'T be found. This piece of sh!t turkey won't cost $1 Trillion. It WILL cost $2 to $3 Trillion within the first 5 years, probably sooner!

I can understand liberals wanting so much for so many, the thought is beautiful. But many, many years ago we passed the point where we could afford the Government giveaways already granted. Why can't liberals understand that?

Also, you cannot support another human being. You can RESCUE them from an acute situation, but then they MUST be on their own again. Give people food, clothing, shelter, and money on a permanent basis and their ambition, self-esteem, and self respect, DISAPPEAR! And with it, their respect for the structure of society also disappears. A downhill spiral. "The road to hell is paved with good intentions!"

Dan, I don't think the liberals (socialist) in power care about doing things for the people. This is all about government control. They could care less about the poor, they just use them for votes.
