Just wanted to vent! Summit's catalog on line seems to lack. When searching items I have found that some vendors items do not show up. It's best to go to the manufactures page, find a part number. Then enter it in Summits search box, then you find the item.

Also I recently dropped into the store. I told him what I wanted. We even talked to the manufacture. I thought the item was in stock, however it was not. I go back home and what do I find? They have the part under two part numbers! SAME PART! So I pay two dollars more because the prices are not listed the same. Also paying shipping, plus waiting for a stocked item.

Beware!

Go in with your part number in hand.

Hah they removed it!

It's a PITA, but the only way to find some parts (specific hose ends, in my case) was to find the part number elsewhere and then search using that on Summit.

The good news is that some of the prices you find that way are bargains - possibly even outdated prices or mistakes, but I've never had one challenged.
