Post Iran Rocket Launch

Well I guess with the past developments they have made, it is out of reason to deny they can hit about any place in Europe. Soon they will have the same capabilities as the rest of the world. May take longer for them to get their nuclear payloads down pat, but it will happen I fear.

No doubt they will soon have 'the bomb' if not already. And they will have the delivery systems too. But that truck launched rocket looks like a SAM, not a long range rocket. One the size of the display model, yes, but not the size of the truck launched SAM. Scuds were truck launched and much larger and went 3 to 400 miles. Feels like a propaganda film. But are they trying to scare us???

Dan,

I think everything they do is aimed at the U.S. either directly or indirectly. And if they have missiles that can put things into orbit, then long range ones aren't far off. Remember the shock when Russia put Sputnik into orbit? Not so much over the fact they had orbited a beeping ball, but the fact that they now had long range missiles capable of reaching the United States.

I know that.

Getting the bomb, getting ICBMs, getting any weapons is a matter of money. If they got the money, they get the weapon. Doesn't matter if its Zimbabwe, if they had the bucks, they'd have the weapons.
I'd say that the odds are very much in favor of Iran already having the bomb. Delivery systems? Probably have it too.
My comment was about that truck launched missile. It was very similar to a SAM. Way to small [fuel wise] to be an orbiter. So what are they trying to do showing a fake? Whats the game?

With them and North Korea it could be anything. I am sure that is a picture that they furnished as they wouldn't want to show their newest rockets just yet.
