Great pictures Rick. Thanks for posting them. I think a trip on that thing would be a real thrill. Especially if they let you open the windows and take pictures like those. Oh, and no I never spotted the Cobra as I forgot all about looking for it as I was looking at the pictures. The ones of Alcatraz were especially interesting to me.

Thanks Rick, I just spent 20 minutes looking at these blimp photos....what fun !
I have a friend that is a retired "blimp driver", anyway that's what we call him. He flew the Good Year blimp in Florida and covered many NFL games for TV.
He said, it got sort of boring after a while due to the slow moving machine, and long hours...but he was well paid.
Bill I looked for a Cobra...but no deal, maybe it was the chopper by the Coast Guard boat?

That would be worth a trip down there to take a ride in that thing. What a lot of fun it must be to open the windows and look out at everything.
