Kasey Kahne won the Bud Shootout and his qualifying race and isn't even in the top 12?????????? 
I'd say his odds of winning should just as good as Jr.'s if not better, IMHO of course.......

Kasey is 20/1 for the 500, the 30/1 odds are for winning the Sprint Cup
