Default American Chopper

It’s all coming together now? I was just watching American Chopper, and Micky said they were going through hard times about a year ago. There was a big fall out between the two, and Paul Jr. started his own shop.
I guess that is why we saw Paul Jr. Superformance up for sale. First things to go are the toys.

Watching Alaska gold diggers is like watching Whale Wars .... A bunch of tree huggers with no business being on a boat in the ocean. Very funny but someone gonna die.

I'd like to see the crab fisherman take on the swamp loggers in a no-holds-barred free-for-all cage match.

Being a heavy equipment operator, I can't figure how any of those idiots came up with the rational idea to do what they are doing. Yes, somebody is going to die and my guess it will be as a direct result of the father and son team. That old guy is plain old dangerous.

I like Pauly Jr and Mikie. You can tell they are truly good and insightful people. The father seems good at heart, but is an asshole at the surface level. The mother must have been a special person to raise Pauly and Mikie so well in spite of the father.

No guts noooo glory! No one died on Whale Wars and I would have bet money on that. The casting call for this show was probally a freAkin hoot. It probally put the Jersey Shore crew to shame ten folds.

I can hang a bull dozer on a side hill where you can't walk. That old fart nearly flipped an excavator on flat ground. Who was it that turned it into the pickup? These guys are a bunch of dufuses. Entertaining but dumb as the dirt their playing in.

Well, at least he had a TV show as well and made some good coin.

I was thinking of a few of the other guys who were selling 400-500 bikes a year, rolling in million dollar boats, 300k cars etc... now they are selling everything off and will be lucky to stay in business.

My son who builds bikes for himself and friends tells me that the fad has changed, the high dollar flash bikes are at the end of the cycle, literally. It's going back to the way it was in the 60s and 70s with guys doing their own work customizing. There is a big following for the Triumphs with frame up builds that can be done very reasonably. He told me that a friend came by one of those big name biker build off bikes, and it was junk. No engineering and with many problems. They just look good.

One thing for sure is that Vinnie never go the credit he deserved. He was a reliable hard worker. On a rare occasion at a bike unvailing the company rep called Vinnie up to the stage to give him credit for mostly building the bike.
