Default Need help ID'ing some Cobras

I had the distinct pleasure of attending the Amelia Island Concours 2 weeks back. One of the featured classes was the Shelby Cobra. I had my first chance to see a Daytona Coupe, a Dragonsnake, a 427 SC, the Cougar II, and some early Cobras.

I'd like to properly id these cars so I'm hoping the forum can assist.

I'll number the cars in the posts to keep them straight.

Here is number 1. I believe this is a 1962 289 Cobra with the dragon snake option, 1 of 8. Would anybody know the chassis number? I think it is CSX2093.

thanks

ken

Default Cobra 2

Here is the second one. I'm guessing this one is harder, without more info. I think it is a 64 289.

One car in the catalog is listed as a 64 Shelby Cobra USRRC. What does that refer to?

regards

Here is number 3. I believe this to be a 66 427 SC. What a beautiful car.

Default Number 4

Here is number 4. In black, this car was downright sinister. Awesome look and fantastic sound.

Number 5, I thought this was an early Cobra. Again, in black = sick.

Default Number 6

I didn't have enough time to concentrate on these as I should have. There were 300 cars and a good mile walk up and down the field.

This Daytona Coupe was wonderful to see in person. Great details all over the place

Number 3 is a 289 model....the "fishmouth" is different from a 427 body style.

Number 2 is different...definitely a 289 model, but no side-vents and some unusual "rivets" along the side of the body behind the front wheelwells....strange.

USRRC=United States Road Racing Challenge (I think...it's been a long time and I've slept since then )

Cheers!
