Has anyone else seen this ? Shelby says that they didn't know the photos were fake.

I read the follow up info and in there it states that the engine contains an aluminum crankshaft. I have never heard of such a thing. Is this a misprint? Does this type of engine not usually require some sort of hardened forged steel crank?

Its part of the "NHRA Wheelie Package" they are promoting.

An aluminum crank would probably last less than a minute.

--which is 6 times as long as CS would want it to last in the 1/4
