Get a permit from city, very easy, get a poster board and stand outside dealership next Saturday warning of their deceptive practices or tell them you need $500. Once you get the permit you will get the $$$ or why sell your soul, stand out their with the poster board.

i am not fan of dealerships, recently had to "haggle" with the Honda dealership who wanted to charge me $1600 to replace the rotors, pads, air-filter, and rotate tires on my LEASED Honda Pilot with only 25k miles. I took them to task on that and they changed the price to $450. Dirt-bags....anyway...

Is it possible that they used an oil pump to remove the oil? They have those things and it makes oil changes faster. They stick a tube down the dipstick tube and then pump out the oil?

Just a thought....

We had one guy who was so pee'd of with the dealership, he put a sign on his car,"I bought this lemon from here" and parked it outside on the road in front of the dealership, locked it, and left it there for days.

Default Oil change

Maybe offending and driving away customers is the dealers stragegy. Then they dont have to do the cheap service stuff, just the big ticket items.

Contact Toyota Customer Service (you will find their number in your owners manual) and also the owner of the Dealership.

In a calm way explain the situation and I am sure that you will get satisfaction.

I would also contact the local Bureau of Auto Repair - I assume you have one in GA? They should be very interested in this seemingly open and shut case of fraud.

I think there are a few Dealers out there who are poor - the majority are honest businesses who value their customers.

A Dealer will make about the same amount of money on the new car sale as they will make on the service they provide to satisfied customers.

All else is just heresay and hysteria.

Matt, I just bought a new 2013 mustang (ordered) V6/6 speed with performance pkg. for 26,000K. It's the balls with 300 hp! & 23 avg. mpg. After 12+ years of suv's; I really wanted a car again. & What a ride!! The V6 performance pkg. is now available w/ auto trans. if you should want it. It gets better mileage too!. I really didn't need a GT/V8 or convertable Go back American m8! or @ least look hard. There are some good US built rides out there! By the way? Why do you need a 4X4 truck down there?? does is snow much?? but look out for Chevy! over 70% china parts now!!!

Years ago, a large body shop charged for a new rear bumper on a Gran Prix. The owner marked his old bumper and took a Polaroid photo

It was returned with MARKED bumper and State Farm went ballistic

The body shop is "black-listed" by most insurance companies in this area.

That was a very expensive bumper he charged for and did not install!

Similar story and you have gotten good advice. I would want a warranty extension for myself, but we keep our vehicles ten+ years.

Arkansas has an Attorney General's website "gotyourbackArkansas.gov" for situations like this.

Nobody likes a scary letter from A G's office.

The only problem that I see is that the OP is going to have to mark everything now and wait until it is time for service again. All the dealer is going to do now is say that the parts in question did not come off the OP's car and that they changed everything that they noted was changed.

Even after that, if it is not documented by a non-partisan person/company, it could turn into a he said / she said situation.

I say get everything documented and then rip the dealer a new a$$. But that is just me.

Another quick story. A local trans company was asked for the parts. The parts they gave back didn't even belong to that type of trans. The place was shut down because it was a inspector testing them.

A letter to editor of newspaper or TV consumer advocate reporter would be interested in your sad tale.

I would still want a longer warranty!
