New (to me) GT40 Book

"Ford GT: How Ford Silenced the Critics, Humbled Ferrari and Conquered Le Mans" by Preston Lerner / photos by Dave Friedman.

Anyone read this and have any recommendations? Is this a fun read or a dry fact reciting sort of narrative. I read AJ's "Go Like Hell" and thought it was terrific. (How many car stories does Hollywood pick up and cast with major actors? - can't wait for the movie.)
