Well I see even mike is now camped on CC and working the post count.
We lost (
It is 5 outside with a windchill of -15. Anyone can go out right now, just don't have any exposed skin.
Still trying to decipher the large package under the tree, HMMMMM.....
Yes the tree is up. All one of them. Okay Kristen, how do you do two trees? Isn't supposed to be one tree that all the presents ( even ones going to Trularin ) go under?
Happy holidays!!!!!!!

3 trees!!!!
Big, Fancy tree in living room...(all matched ornaments, ribbons, junk - 10 feet tall)
Cute little 6 foot in den- looks kinda like a fake pine tree, 30 ornaments, max, all fishing, hunting, sportsmen looking things. Quick to put up, no big deal...
Now in the kitchen is my favorite.... 6-7 foot fake, but the kids decorate it (mostly) with all their "baby's 1st Christmas", school made ornaments, special ones that we've collected over the years... it looks more traditional, and it's in the kitchen/breakfast room where we can all enjoy it.
sorry for your very very cold weather! it's chilly today. breezy. not cobra weather today, as it messes up my hair (if I make it to church) David and kids just left, I usually follow behind, late. (after cleaning up breakfast dishes, making beds, tidying up, and last but not least, ADDING TO MY POST COUNT!!!!

oh, and as far as presents that go under.... You all should know by now my compulsive nature; kitchen tree is for our family, den tree is for little odds and ends for friends, and living room tree is for cousins, grandparents, etc. Helps me sort it out at Christmas eve/day, knowing where to go to load up... Now Tru, YOUR present is under the BIG tree in the front yard! It's a beautiful pine tree, all lit up with a star on top! Your Cobra will fit quite nicely under it.... oops, not supposed to tell! The only catch?? You gotta come get it!!!!
forgot about that tree, as the yard decorating workers did that one. Maybe I'll take a pic with my car under, just so you can get the idea of how it will look with your car under it!
gotta go! Have a great day. I mean it this time.....

Kristen,
You have three Christmas Trees in your nice warm house and another decorated in the front yard.
And there is Pepe in a lonely, cold garage going without.

Mike,
I don't want to mess up the Torino Cobra as I have it well adjusted and set. Besides it is a fastback and I can actually stay warm in it as they did offer a heater for it.
Kristen,
Your trees sound great. Always was fun putting them up and decorating them but boy did I hate the clean up after everything was over.
Tru,
Wow, sounds as if you are really into the cold weather now. Our last several days have been just about as perfectas you could ask for. But it did get down to 37 last night. Supposed to be in the upper 50s or low 60s this afternoon. We always have a few days each Winter that are just really nice. At least you may have a white Christmas. I just can't afford the white paint any more to paint all the yard and everything white.

Gary, you don't need to inflate your post count.
Kristen and Mike, you might need to get a room .
Happy Holidays and good rock and cheese hunting!
BTW, this may be a little on topic, but I had a chance to practice my NASCAR skills today on I-70 outside of Columbus, OH. I was in an F-350 4 X 4 in heavy snow, when no fewer than 4 SUVs started spinning out all over the place in front of me. I just backed off, without braking, and held a straight line. The spinning vehicles miraculously departed the highway in front of me, and I had a straight line through .
Winter on the east coast sucks .
